What do you get when you hire me?

My birth doula support fee includes 1 to 3 in person meetings as well as phone, text and email communication throughout the remainder of pregnancy. I will supply resources, provide encouragement and guidance on products that may be needed after birth for mom and/or baby.  You will receive on call availability beginning 2 weeks before your due date, continuous labor support beginning during active labor through the birth. You will receive support for up to 2 hours after the birth. Availability via phone up to 4 weeks after birth. This can also include 1 postpartum visit with breastfeeding support if needed.

I also can provide virtual doula support to anyone who is not local to Louisville. This would include facetime or zoom calls, resources provided, birth education, comfort techniques and tips for labor day as well as breastfeeding support.
